Is there a lost and found and first aid station?

There is no lost and found area. First aid is only available for swimming pool related incidents by the lifeguards on duty.

Is parking free?

Yes, parking is free in every parking lot inside the park.

Is fishing allowed in the pond?

No, fishing isn't permitted in the pond.

Can I rent kayaks, canoes and paddleboats?

Paddleboat rental is available. Other watercraft cannot be rented. Read more on the attractions page.

Is swimming allowed in the pond? Is there a beach?

No, there is no beach at the park and swimming in the pond is prohibited.

Do I need a picnic permit? Where can I get one?

Picnic permits and reservations are required only for the roofed picnic shelters. Other areas of the park are available for free on a first come first served basis.

Can I rent skis and snowboards?

Yes, ski, snowboard and helmet rental is available in the chalet / main building adjacent to the ski hill by the parking lot.

Are there lockers on the island?

Yes, there are lockers by the wading pool that operate using coins.

Can I bring my own BBQ?

Yes but only propane powered barbecues are allowed. Charcoal burning barbecues are strictly prohibited.

Are there washrooms inside the park

Yes, washrooms are located inside the building by the pool and inside the ski chalet.

Are dogs allowed at the park?

Yes but they must be on a leash.
